If you download scrappy mod, I think you still have to play through the whole game but you just have the ability to cheat and get everything/everyone's scenes in one playthrough as opposed to several.It is recommended that you disable the console before achieving a particular scene and then allow it to play it out if you are gunning for achievements such as unlocking all lewd scenes or artwork.
