R5: I was trying to get Bearer of Artillery achievement, i went for the Anastasia Romanov focus tree and made a faction with Germany and most of Europe (I am the leader) and annexed all the USSR, i have divisions in Tuscany, Latium and Abruzzo in Italy and in Hamadan in Iran also having the Artillery Modernization focus completed, i waited for like 2 months but still doesnt trigger the event/achiv Follow the focus tree to "Government of National Defense". Bearer of artillery, i unlocked it and got a new general for Poland. It is a Beer general Vojtek who have passive +10% to damage from artillery weapon. You can get him only once per game. So if you do it and yours game will be end. You must do everything again to get it one more.
