When you create a community lot, the intended gameplay is that a sim that lives in that neighborhood can, by voting, change it between four different forms - generic lot, maker space, garden, and marketplace. You rotate through the different forms through a drop down menu, and these can look very different depending on how you go about creating ...Been away for a long time. I've tried 5 times with different "Normal" starts in the last 2 days, and haven't seen Antimatter anywhere. I'm following along as instructed, and never see any, ideas? I'd like to get out of this starter system.

So, spoiler alert, but I am just starting the game and I am on the Awakenings questline where I need to craft a warp cell, and one of the first items needed to do that is the antimatter housing. These are arguably the most common materials on most planets so you shouldn't struggle to find either of them.
