Super wizard blimp is better at th13 imo, because at th14 your clone is high enough level to clone all the archers instead of 2 and at 15 you can fit another archer in the cc. Sarcher blimps can run several things, personally, however I run 3 sarchers and 2 wb (40 hs), though you could obv do more.
