Thank you for your guide. I managed to get through all steps, but at steps 7, while adopting, in the unifi controller, it responds with: “Adoption failed. Please try again. If this issue persists, we recommend factory-reseting the device.” In the Unifi controller, it only mentions the IP address: 192.168.1.20.Since then, my Unifi Flex Mini shows up as "Failed Adoption" on the devices list. I don't recall the Flex Mini ever showing up on the device list before, but you know, being a slight protectionist, it bugs me that it shows Failed Adoption. So I change the network settings back in the controller to 10.0.0.x. reset my static IP's in ESXi and the Controller. Reboot everything and the devices in the controller field shows the USG as Adoption Failed again.
