It's a Z Soul that doubles your XP, after beating the final boss, a bunch of NPCs appear all over Conton and offer you gifts for your victory, one of them gives it to you.Word of advice, 40 ton weights is fine up until you reach level 87 (88 is the highest you should physically work for, I went to 90 once) it becomes a hastle after. You have the advantage of using the Namekian in the southern trees over the Dragon Balls, use it, you'll have tons of TP from leveling sub 70 to 87 to reach 99 (Maybe use 'I want to ... ….

Just tired making a new Namekian, only to ee that 40 ton weights wasn't equippable so i went back, made sure my female earthling didn't have it equipped, made sure both characters were online, and still nothing they removed the ability to make your character level up faster, yo could easily get to level 50-60 alone just by rushing the story.40 ton weights doubles the score you get after a match.
