Can anyone describe 17C AIT?: Hello, I am currently preparing for BCT. I want to join the Army for for 17C. I took a practice ASVAB with my recruiter and scored a 91. There was vague info about 35Q collapsing into 17C Eventually (TM) but that seemed to be talked about for years and years. Looks like phase 1 of "Cyber Operations Specialist" down in Pensacola for JCAC has a new iteration starting every week. However, doesn't appear to be too many phase 2 classes at Gordon showing up on the list. I would add that phase 1 is taught to all branches of DoD, and Army's phase 2 may be what keeps you held up.

All 17Cs are still going through JCAC for phase 1 of training based out of Pensacola FL., and phase 2 of training by attending the Army's Cyber Center of Excellence based out of Fort Gordon, GA.
